#Situations
This is a fictional discussion scenario set in Singapore. It involves a project team using an AI meeting recorder.
The central problem is that the recorder captured a private conversation after the official meeting ended. What nobody else knows is that the transcript reveals a serious safety concern that was never reported. About S$8,000 is also at stake, and the recording has already synced to the entire team workspace.
Then it becomes clear that everyone clicked through the recording notice without reading it. The difficult part is that deleting the transcript protects privacy but may also bury information people need to act on. The person at the centre has to decide before the situation becomes public.
