Can I start eating before my friend finishes directing the lunch photos?

I had agreed to let her photograph our lunch. I pictured one quick shot. Instead she moved my drink, borrowed another friend's napkin and asked me to lift the first mouthful three times. I finally ate it and she said, 'We didn't get the reaction.'
Priya enjoys photography. Last month's picture of us at the same table was lovely, and I told her so. She says she's trying to make another one we'll all want to keep. Two friends seem happy to pose; I mostly want to eat my lunch while I still feel like eating it.
We're meeting again on Sunday. Can I ask for one quick picture and then be left out of the food performance, or would agreeing to a photo and then putting down my fork look sulky?
