How should four friends split mobile tickets when we are arriving at different times?

Technology category photographTechnology

“Just send me a screenshot,” my friend said. She can reach the concert at six; the other three of us will arrive closer to seven. All four Ticketmaster Mobile Entry tickets are in my account.

I had assumed I could send each person a picture. Ticketmaster's guidance says screenshots are not accepted for Mobile Entry and recommends adding tickets to a mobile wallet before leaving. [Ticketmaster's instructions](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9786597785617-How-do-I-use-Mobile-Entry-tickets).

I have not checked the transfer options for this event. My friend would rather go in early than wait outside because I bought the tickets. I would rather sort this out tonight than stand at the gate trying to log into accounts.

What should we confirm before agreeing to separate arrivals? I want to stop being the person whose phone determines when all four friends can start their evening.

Start with this event's ticket details and permitted transfer options. If an official transfer is available, arrange it ahead of time and have the recipient confirm access. If it is not, ask the provider or venue how separate arrivals should be handled before promising your friend an independent entry.

The screenshot plan conflicts with Ticketmaster's Mobile Entry guidance. Sending a convincing-looking image is not the same as sending an accepted ticket. Tell the friend now, while there is time to agree another plan. [Mobile Entry guidance](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9786597785617-How-do-I-use-Mobile-Entry-tickets).
