Can we print an AI-translated workshop flyer before someone checks the whole thing?
TechnologyOur flyer said the paper-flower workshop included materials. A volunteer who read the translated draft asked, “Why does this version tell people to bring their own?”
I had used an AI tool because we wanted a second language on the flyer and the printer needed the file that afternoon. The volunteer corrected that sentence but did not have time to check the rest. I cannot read the translated version.
The organiser says one mistake is no reason to delay all forty flyers. I am considering printing the checked original now and adding the second version once somebody can review it. That feels disappointing when the whole point was to make the invitation more welcoming.
Would you wait, simplify the second version to a few checked essentials, or print with a note that it is an automatic translation? I want people to know what to expect at the table.
